The Miramar Beach Public Beach Access at Pompano Joe's is a focal point for the Miramar Beach community, which offers something for everyone.  From relaxation to activity, Miramar Beach has it all. The main public beach access is located next to Pompano Joe’s Seafood Restaurant and features free parking, restrooms and wash stations. There are also public beaches across from Seascape Resort. and a new public beach access is currently being added across from Amalfi Coast, which will include restrooms and additional parking.

Whether you enjoy relaxation or activity, Miramar Beach offers the best of both worlds. Beach lovers can rest along the area's white sandy shores or rent jet skis, bicycles or paddleboards for a day of adventure. Explore the local shops and eateries along Scenic Highway 98, which meanders along the coast. From the local Chautauqua Winery Tasting Room to Surf Hut, Whale's Tale and Pompano Joe's Gulf-front restaurants, Scenic Highway 98 serves up a taste of South Walton.

Head inland to discover shopping opportunities galore! From Smith's Antiques to designer boutiques, the shopping is as diverse as this beach town. Most notably, Miramar Beach is home to Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which features 110 designer and name-brand outlet stores filled with incredible finds. More designer brands and boutique shops can be found in and around the Sandestin area at pedestrian-friendly, lifestyle centers including Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, Market Shops and the Village of Baytowne Wharf. These open-air locales are also home to popular local restaurants, including Emeril's Italian Coastal, Vintij Wine Boutique, Bijoux and Slick Lips Seafood & Oyster House, to name a few.
