Perfect location, close we to everything, right ON the beach. Needed a few updates but great for a family..... needs new cutting boards and knives sharpened. Otherwise, perfect for us!

May 2019. We stayed in 1005. The condo was comfortable, but the kitchen needs updating. We have never stayed in a rental that does not offer hair dryers. LC

The condo was decorated beautifully. The view of the beach was wonderful from the bedroom as well as the living area. The bottle of champagne you gave to celebrate our 25th year anniversary was certainly a nice touch. We always enjoy staying with Newman and daily

Wonderful stay in Gulfside 1005. Comfortable, well-decorated unit that provided a great winter break. Newman-Dailey goes above and beyond and is wonderful to deal with.

This Conda had the best view of the beautiful beach, this condo has 2 bedrooms sizes very big the condo as everything you need. I love our stay 6 nights in this condo. Can't wait to go back to Densit Florida

This is a beautiful condominium that has been renovated to modern standards, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. The furniture was also quite new, pretty and comfortable. The view from the balcony is stunning. It is an easy walk from the elevator to the Hidden Dunes pool area, or right out on the beach. It comes with complimentary two beach chairs & umbrella every day you are there. We had a great time there with our children and grandchildren - six of us all together with three bedrooms. I cannot think of much one could do to improve the experience, except if you come with small children, the kitchen accessories do not include "plastic" glasses and plates that little ones would use - bring your own.

We had an amazing time at Hidden Dunes! The weather could have been better but as far as the condo and area we were very impressed! It was very clean and nice. We felt very safe with the 24hr security. The elevators were very fast and we never had to wait very long. The complimentary beach chairs were a great amenity! I would definitely come back to this place in the future. Beautiful view from the master bedroom and very large balcony. The only down side was the beachfront pool wasn't heated and the only other pool that was heated was very cold and didn't feel heated.

My parents started coming to Hidden Dunes @ 30 years ago. We enjoy the size of the property and the Gulfside Condominiums have been our preference over the years. We have stayed in many of the units. This particular unit was nice and comfortable. The only piece of constructive feedback I would give is that it is probably time to replace the carpet. There were several worn spots and the appearance looked very dingy. Other than that, we enjoyed the pool, the beach, the complimentary chairs with umbrella and the overall care we were given in the office and from security. See you again soon.

We've been coming to hidden dunes for 20+ years...The buildings and landscaping have been given loving care and are beautiful. Would never consider staying at another condo...When you can stay at the best.

Everything was an absolute joy. The weather was beautiful after worrying about the storm coming. The condo was equipped better than any that we have previously stayed in, and we loved having the chairs and umbrella on the beach. We lived on the beach most of the time. Thank you for having everything needed at hand.

The exceptional service from the nice lady that checked us in @ Newman-Dailey, to all of the security personnel, and all of the beach staff, it was truly wonderful just like Hd1005. The home was modern, clean and made you feel right at home. We love the Hidden Dunes area and the only thing that would make it any better is if we lived there! We will be back! Thanks so much :)

Four of our family enjoyed a long weekend at Hd1005 over Veteran's Day. While it was November the weather was bgeautiful,the condo was just perfect and the view from the windows was amazing. Immaculately clean and nicely appointed - made us feel right at home --- so much so that we have reserved the unit for a month during October and November 2013. We loved it!!

My two teenage boys and I rented this unit over the 4th of July holiday. The unit was very clean and offered all the things needed to have a nice and relaxing vacation. We were able to enjoy a beautiful fireworks show from the balcony that overlooks the beach. Would definitely recommend or try to go back!

This is our first time in Miramar Beach and my family had a blast! The rental room was a great experience to enjoy the beach and sun. The room had everything that you can want for a home away from home. The room was large enough for four adults and two children. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The convenience of the beach below was well worth the stay.
The white, powdered sand and the emerald green waters was stunning. Everyone had a wonderful time and we plan to come back next year. What attracted me to this resort is the private beach and the tennis courts. The staffs at the tennis courts were wonderful and playing on the rubico clay was a great experience. I highly recommend the resort for families with young children.

Hidden Dunes is a beautiful resort and condo 1005 was very nice for our family. The owner provides little extras so that you feel welcome in her condo. It was comfortable and had everything we could have possibly needed. The complimentary beach chairs were an added plus.

The condo was very clean and decorated nicely! We loved having the beautiful view and the beach side service. We also enjoyed the extras that came with the condo.( gocarts, mni golf, waterpark, etc) We thought the beach was nice and never as crowded as other beaches near us. We are coming back next year for sure!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. This is our first "real" vacation in 3 years and the place was wonderful. We used to own our own beachfront condo in Ocean City, MD, but sold it. Your place brought back many memories and new wonderful ones that will last a lifetime. We had no rain at all & really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making sure the beds were perfect! This was our 1st time in Destin and we just loved it. The condo was perfect and we were very comfortable and the weather was great. All in all we had a lovely time and will certainly return.

This has been our 2nd stay in condo 1005, and our 4th stay at Hidden Dunes. Despite some bad luck with the weather we did have a nice week here enjoying the Gulf, the swimming pool, and this nice well appointed condo. There was some hours of sun each day. We enjoyed watching the dolphins, sea gulls, pelicans, fish and other wildlife from the balcony. Sometimes after a rain storm the light was such a yellow-green tint that we could easily see down in the water from the balcony and could see large fish swimming. This is our 8th annual vacation to the Destin area in the last 13 years and this is the only time the weather did not cooperate. We hope to return again in the near future.
