My family has been going to HD yearly for 38 years. We started in the early Cottages at the highway only.
This has been another excellent trip from the location and cleanliness of our BV to the service we received from WHITE DIAMOND beach service it’s all good.
White diamond gets 5 stars also.

This place was amazing... beds are very soft and comfortable. We had everything we needed. All though the cleanliness could have been better, it was still so much better than a hotel. We had 11 people in our condo and we all were very happy and content. It was beautifully decorated with the beach theme and had access to all the amenities. We will be coming back. The pictures are just as advertised.... very very happy!

This is our 13th winter visit to this wonderful resort, and our first stay at Villa #23. It was such a pleasure staying here. Really spacious and extremely comfortable and you can tell the owner takes very good care of this property. The kitchen is well stocked and all the appliances are modern and work well (including the ice maker), The bathrooms have been updated, it is very tastefully decorated throughout and was spotlessly clean on our arrival. The location is also ideal ……just short stroll over the boardwalk to the beach, around the corner (but also overlooking) the heated pool, and a short stroll up to the tennis courts and pickleball courts. Having stayed in 3 other villas during our years of coming to Hidden Dunes, villa #23 definitely deserves a 5 star rating for comfort throughout, convenience, decor and cleanliness. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa #23. It is the fourth different villa we have rented over the years. It was the best-appointed villa of the four. Our one complaint was that only one set of towels/wash rags for each bedroom, so we had to wash these a couple of times during our stay.
In addition, toilet in the master bedroom ran intermittently about every 5 minutes, causing it to re-fill the tank. We reported it to you early in our stay, but it was never repaired. Still, we would rent this villa again.

Our family loved Villa 23. We rented three different units at Hidden Dunes this year and our family members who stayed in Villa 23 were very impressed with the spacious rooms and the decor. We sat out on the screened porch alot. We liked the easy access to the playground, the basketball court and the cornhole/bag-o area. The food truck that was at Hidden Dunes during the week of our stay was also a big hit with our family. I think we ate something from there for lunch almost every day . Thank you!

We absolutely love the Hidden Dunes every year My only complaint is the ice maker didn’t work. The price increased substantially this year, so I expected everything to be in working order for the price we paid. Other than that- great week .

This was our fourth stay at Hidden Dunes. It is a beautiful place that we have come to love. We have stayed in the cottages and the villas. We had a problem with a leaky water heater, but received help and got it replaced in a timely manner. The huge granite bar in Villa 23 is awesome. Also, the proximity to the pool and beach was wonderful. We had a great time and look forward to staying at Hidden Dunes in the future.

Amazing Villa! Spacious and beautifully decorated. The beach was fantastic! The water was clear and the sandbar stretched out fairly far, the kids enjoyed it so much! Will definitely be back

Everything was great. The Villa with the bunk beds worked well with our 3 grandsons. The view overlooking the pool was wonderful. It was like having our own house at the beach with wonderfully groomed landscaping that enhanced our young boys hunting for lizards and geckos. The setting is perfect as we were able to take advantage of pool, grill, playground, tennis and beach.

I can't say enought about how much we enjoyed our stay at Hidden Dunes.This was our first vacation with all of our kids and grandkids and it exceeded our expectations. The unit we stayed in was beautiful and plenty of room for all 10 of us. Everything went so smooth. The property is beautiful and well maintaned. The walk to the beach was very doable for people from 2 years to 60 years. The young men who do the beach set up were very nice and very helpful. You all made it very hard to return to Texas at the end of the week. We have no complaints about this property and plan to make this a yearly vacation destination.

We loved Villa 23 and Hidden Dunes. Full disclosure, I'm an avid Tennis and Beach fan, which were considerations in our first visit to Hidden Dunes. Villa 23 is about mid way between security entrance (check in area and tennis courts) and the beach access. I believe we utilized the golf cart shuttle once. Given the location of the Villa the walk was easy and quick enough (maybe 2 minutes) to get to the beach access walk at the condos. I would guess maybe a 4 from the security gate. If you have a lot of beach gear and not enough adults to help carry, then I recommend one of those folding pull carts to get all your stuff to the beach access. The beach umbrella / chair boys can and will help you from there if you desire. They are phenomenal by the way. We were there the week after July 4th. Still plenty of people, but it never felt over crowded on the beach. The tennis shop and pro's were very accommodating. Took a tennis clinic from George to get familiar with the tennis area. Been playing for decades, but picked up a key point on my serve that made it easier and more consistent to hit my spots. They also set me up with some doubles. Very nice and accommodating. Plenty of restaurants to choose near by. However, the traffic at the dinner hour was terrible (I expected as I've been in Destin before). They are working on the roads to add lanes that should help some. It's much easier as far as traffic goes to head east (turn right on 98) for dinner. Restaurants at Baytowne or Grand Boulevard give plenty of options. The best seafood I found however is Half Shells Oyster House. Or go pick up your own (go before dinner hours to avoid traffic) at Destin Ice and Seafood and cook it yourself or have them steam some shrimp for you. But back to Hidden Dunes....you can't go wrong with the property, the beach, the tennis, and the relaxed feeling of the complex, even though you are right off 98 and just a few miles from every thing Destin has to offer. Inside the security gates, the hustle and bustle goes away under the canopy of all the trees and quiet streets and walk ways.

Very welcoming and hassle free check in, Nice and clean villa with all necessary stuff inside. Very convenient location for getting food, grocery, gas, shopping, activities etc. Coolest thing was walking distance to the beach. In short we had the best vacation this year so far....really enjoyed. Appreciated Newman-Dailey.

We spent a wonderful week on a family vacation in June. Destin is a great family destination. We had 2 villas, next to each other, and it was wonderful. There was plenty of room for all 17 of us. The porches were great. We liked the freebies that Newman-Dailey offers like parasailing, the segways, dophin cruise, etc. It made for a fantastic vacation.

We stayed the weekend at Hidden Dunes Villa 23. It was really nice and clean the staff was very friendly it was very spacious and the décor was nice .It was really comfortable just like being at home...We enjoyed our stay and is looking forward to our next visit.

A definite 'home away from home'.
Hidden Dunes is a beautiful property and is very well maintained and secure.
The proximity to the beautiful Emerald beach made it even more special as we enjoy our beach walks so much!

Fun for all ages. Calm and secluded. Off the busy highway. Beautiful property. Only complaint was having to come in and out on Saturday. Made traffic horrendous. Should stagger check ins and outs!!

Villa 23 was a wonderful jewel to find for our large family. We have 11 people of all ages. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils needed There are 4 bathrooms, 2 medium size bedrooms and a fantastic master bedroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The loft upstairs is perfect for 4 kids to have their own area. The villa was very nicely decorated. The outdoor screened in area was great, as that's were we all hung out for breakfast and in between activities. You could see the pool from the porch. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and a number to call for a ride was available if needed. The villa is on the second floor with another below. We never were disturbed by others making noise. We can't wait for next years vacation!

This is the second time we've stayed at Hidden Dunes. This year we brought the whole family! My husband and I, our two girls, two of their friends, My son, daughter inlaw, granddaughter and my daughter inlaws parents. All under the same roof! This worked out well with the 4 bedroom villa. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The villa was awesome. It was a very short walk to the beach. Loved the screened in balcony. The resort is very peaceful and layed back.

Condo was excellent. We even met the owner of the condo while we were there!Amenities were complete and complete.Location is perfect. Not on the beach, but a 90 second walk from teh beach. The screened porch is my favorite. Spent a lot of time there in the early morning.

Villa 23 was absolutely beautiful, we had to move some of the decorations because our 20 month old granddaughter thought so too. It was very clean . Everyone had their own room and bath . Our two grandsons stayed in the loft and had their own bath and tv .Our first night it rained and we sat outside on the screened in porch and enjoyed relaxing . We loved the screened in porch because we didn't have to worry about our four year old and 20 month old or mosquitos. The swimming pool was right there which all of us loved , and the beautiful beach was so close . We had the amenity card and the two chairs and umbrella was wonderful. We used the one person free for the waterpark and parasailing .Checking in was very easy. I am very picky about the places we rent and this one was perfect . I highly recommend Villa 23 and Hidden Dunes.

Our family of nine had a wonderful vacation here. The only thing that could have made this place better would be to have it right on the beach. Things were easy to get to and the beach was wonderful. This house was laid out so nice for our family. Everyone had their own privacy and space. We really enjoyed ourselves. The amenities were great also, depending on the interests of your group.

Hidden Dunes was the perfect location for our multi-family reunion vacation. The people at Newman-Dailey helped us find just the right villa to fit our needs. They answered all my questions and even helped me find a local restaurant large enough to host our family dinner.
Villa 23 was a beautiful, spacious and well-equipped rental property. It was very clean and well kept and located right near one of the pools. The walk to the beach was only a short distance and the precious men on the golf carts picked us up every time we called.
The master bedroom had a fabulous bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a very large walk-in shower.
The location of Hidden Dunes was perfect for our family with it's central location. We enjoyed being near the outlet malls, Baytown Wharf and Seaside. The beaches were beautiful and there were many great restaurants nearby.
I guess our favorite thing, besides having just a fabulous place to stay, was being together as a family! Thank you Newman-Dailey for helping us plan a perfect family vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation in Villa 23, despite the cloudy/windy weather. All employees associated with the property were friendly and helpful. The home was spacious and nicely decorated. We had 3 generations of family on this trip, and were all comfortable staying in this property. We chose to prepare most of our meals at the property, and had plenty of space to cook and eat. We especially enjoyed eating dinners on the screened-in balcony area. We were right by the pool, which made vacationing with kids easier. On the nicer weather days, it was a short walk to the beach (even my 5 and 3-year-old kids could handle it). No streets to cross, and a pleasant path to travel. When we planned ahead, we called for the golf cart to pick us up. We never waited more than 5 minutes, and the driver was very friendly and cheerful. This unit is perfect for large families or extended families vacationing together.

We vacationed at Hidden Dunes the week of July 4, 2012. We stayed in a Villa, #23, What a great time we had! The accomodations were perfect. There was plenty of room for our group in the Villa, with every amenity needed. I especially enjoy the screened in porch in the morning and evening. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. The tram was available, but not needed. My daughter took tennis lessons every day and loved it. She wants to go back, just to take tennis lessons.

This was one of the most beautifully decorated condos we have stayed at. Plenty of dishes & cooking supplies for a large family. We lived the screened in porch overlooking the pool. We will stay here again.

I wanted to give my employees a great weekend in Destin for a job well-done over the last few months. I loved the villa we ended up with. Hidden Dunes Villa 23 was spectacular! The villa was elegantly decorated. It was very spacious and provided a wonderful weekend for the 12 people that went with us on our trip! We loved the fact that it was a short walk from the beach and right around the corner from the pool. The kids had an awesome time, as well as the adults! It was also reasonably priced in relation to other places we looked at staying.

We have always loved Destin, but after staying in Villa 23, we love Destin even more! They must have hired an expensive decorator because every room is more beautiful than the next! Our huge family fit comfortably in the Villa, everyone had their own bed. Being able to sit on the screen porch & see the pool was a bonus.
Food, Fun, Surf, Sand and Sun make Destin & Villa 23 #1! Thanks for a grest Vacation!
