This was my family's first stay with Newman-Dailey's Hidden Dunes property and it was great. The location and condo were easy to find. Everything in the condo was beautiful and clean as was the whole of the property. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony as well as the beach chair & umbrella service. We also used one of the many activities coupons to go parasailing. The process was smooth and we had a great time. My family will definitely consider returning to this property when we come back to the Destin area.

This was our first time visiting the Destin area and I felt the space was relaxing and far enough away from the busier area of Destin. We loved having easy access to the beach and pools. The views and the beach were stunning. The listing photos to my surprise were very accurate. It was an enjoyable vacation thanks to in part the ease and home style comfort of this unit and complex. Hidden Dunes had a lovely quiet, tucked away feeling. Appreciated, that the complex had security 24 hrs for an added comfort not that it ever felt like it was even needed. Definitely, will be utilizing property management company Newman Daily again.

Great ocean view right from the balcony, hall or even the kitchen! Awesome views to start the day and apartment was maintained very clean. Number lock - so we do not need to carry the keys. We vacationed at the Hidden Dunes in December. The location was perfect for activities for all ages. Walking distance to great restaurants on the gulf and an easy drive to many family friendly activities like the Gulfarium, Baytowne Wharf and shopping. The managers were extremely helpful in planning excursions and giving tips on everything from fishing to dinner!
The views of the gulf from the property are stunning. Dolphin watching was a favorite and we even tried fishing. Our rental had everything we needed for pool, beach, fishing and relaxing on the deck. The pool was the perfect temperature for December and the hot tub felt great! Walks on the beach at sunrise and sunset were beautiful. The Hidden Dunes were very clean and well kept, and always good parking. We had three generations on vacation at Hidden Dunes and all had a great time! Highly recommend for families with all ages, couples or friend trip!

Newman-Dailey is the best rental company along the gulf coast. Our condo was nicely furnished and the kitchen was user friendly. The unit was extremely clean and inviting. The LR TV was huge. The balcony had two "wicker" chairs with pull out foot stools. They were so comfortable! 2023 had been a very bad and sad year for us. This was exactly what we needed to lift us up. Generally nice, kitchen well equipped, adequately furnished, nice tv in living room.....floors were dirty, some minor maintenance needed, light switch in ceiling fan in master bedroom inoperative, only half of 4 slice toaster worked, coffee maker inoperative but a new one was delivered promptly, mattress in master worn out. We were overall satisfied with the stay, we would probably lease this unit again if available for our dates.

We enjoyed our trip even though with our schedule it had to be short. We loved the balcony and view, the bedrooms and kitchen. What we could have done without is all the mirror on the walls. The light to the master bath is by the door to the bedroom which was odd. Some areas were a bit dirty but I suppose that’s from constant use. The washer and dryer are kind of a trick to mess with vs the sliding doors they are behind. Other than those few things we had a nice trip!

This is our second time staying at Hidden Dunes. I absolutely love the location, views, convenience to have chairs ready at the beach. This unit is really modern, clean and welcoming. There's an ice maker in the kitchen so it's amazing to just load up your cooler in the morning. The view from the balcony is great, although we do prefer higher level but this was still ocean view and pool view. No complains here at all, everything was smooth and relaxing. Stayed for a week. Can't wait to be back next year!

We loved this condo and location and would definitely stay again. It was pretty low key when we were there which was July 4th week. I liked that it didn’t seem jam packed. However there are some small things that need attention which I have sent to the management company. One being dirty dishes that have been put away in cabinets. Also parking is not ideal. The deck is super small and tight spaces. Overflow parking is little to none. We had several nights coming back from dinner where we had to park far away. The White Diamond beach service is superb and very accommodating! This was our first time to Destin and we will absolutely go back.

The place was very clean upon entering. Everything was the same as the pictures. I enjoyed being able to use a code for entrance. Anytime I called they were willing to help, especially when we had entrance problems. It was handled quickly. They respond to messengers in a timely fashion and text you updates leading to your arrival and through your stay. The view was AMAZING! I do wish check out was a hour later, ten was early. (Hotels, Resorts, VRBOs, Condos, etc.) We stayed in the tower at Hidden Dunes 18 years ago and decided to return for another visit. We were not disappointed. The property has been well maintained and the unit we stayed in, 1604, looked like it was brand new. Thanks for making this trip to Destin the best ever! The weather and the water were spectacular! The ocean clarity was crystal clear with no seaweed or bloom. We will be back!

We have stayed at hidden dunes now 3 times and we will continue to stay here on our future trips. The condo is excellent, lots of room, top tear appliances, breathtaking beach/ocean view from the balcony, a pool and hot tub to boot. The staff are friendly and there if you need anything, the privet beach is perfect and not over crowded. The resort is just a very short drive from shopping, food, and attractions. We highly recommend hidden dunes!!

We had a great stay at the Hidden Dunes apartment. Everything was as pictured on the photos. We had everything we needed (welcome package was very nice, just would be good to add salt and pepper to it). Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, furniture is nice and functional, kitchen table can sit 6. We appreciated large screen TVs and good internet connection too. Balcony and the view from it were amazing. Our favorite part of the apartment! We even saw some dolphins in the ocean. The weather was very nice during our stay (Memorial Day week), the ocean was so clear and warm. Perfect! The area is close to restaurants and shops but still quiet.

A lovingly refurbished condo greeted us at Hidden Dunes. How relaxing to wake up with the ocean waves in view. We were pleased with beach themed decor and the new appliances. A short trip to the beach with our reserved chairs and umbrella just completed the package. While the condo and pool are handicapped accessible, I did not see an option for the beach (although there may be and we missed it). We would love to visit again.

We had great time at Hidden Dunes, beautiful view, beautiful beach, grandkids played non stop on the beach. Only issue was the loud noise from balcony when wind was blowing (it was a very strong winds weekend), something just off the balcony was loose and making a noise that was loud enough in the master BR we had to use earplugs to sleep.

We enjoyed our stay at hidden dunes. 1703 is a lovely condo very clean and up dated. The view is breath taking enjoyed it so much love to hear the sound of the water. But miss a walk in shower in master . But over all would love to return next year looking at 1605 going to call and talk to Shannon she was a great help with all her info on the property answered all our questions. Great view in at building and beach is so close.

This condo was beautiful! So clean and well stocked. Location on the 17th floor had amazing views of the beach and the gulf. All rooms having their own bathrooms was perfect for our group. So much room for everyone to spread out. 2 tables to sit at to eat. Plenty of tvs. Having two balconies was also great for our group. The younger ones could hang out without the “old people”. There were luggage carts and shopping carts in the garage by the elevators and that was so helpful and well thought out. Access to the beach was so easy and close. We could run down for a little bit, run back up to room to rest or go run around then go back to beach again. The condo also had beach chair service that made it easy to just run down to the beach and not lug chairs out. Our only problem was my parents have trouble with stairs. I should have paid attention on the listing pictures and there are several one step areas to get around inside the condo. My parents did ok with them. Also be aware if you have someone with limited mobility the access to the beach here also has several steps. Overall I would highly recommend this condo! We will use them again if we go back!

We had a great time at Hidden Dunes 1700! It was very clean upon arrival. The multiple bedrooms and common areas were spacious enough for our large family for the week. We never felt crowded. The views are incredible from all the windows and both balconies! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed and then some. We really appreciated all the hanging space there was throughout the condo for suits/towels/etc. It was just a quick elevator ride down to the pool and the beach was within steps which made it super convenient for those of us with young kids. We loved that we could bring additional umbrellas and chairs down to the beach. The beach staff was extremely friendly and helped us get a great spot each morning. The condo is close to shopping and restaurants- a couple within walking distance on the beach. Overall, we had an amazing time!!

The condo was perfect! The view is amazing!! The ocean and sand is just like pictures. We could see dolphins from the balcony. The condo has everything you need to make it home. The furniture and beds are comfortable. The beach is right there and easily accessible. The rental comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella-ask the young men who put out the chairs and umbrellas daily and they will take you to yours. A few things to know. The condo is not set for young kids, so you may want to bring paper plates, sippy cups, tiny silverware etc. if you have young ones with you. To open the gate by the pool to get to the beach, you need to push # after you enter the code. There are shopping carts and hotel carts available to help you get your luggage and things up to your room. (They are on level A & B. ) We never had to wait long for an elevator, and most of the time we had them to ourselves. There is more than enough space to put your clothes and everything you brought in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The closets have hangers, and there are plenty of towels provided. You will need to drive to get to places, but everything is close. There is a Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart right down the street. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from. Most of them close at 10, so don’t go too late. We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this condo. We will be back.

This property was conveniently tucked into a beautiful resort property. As soon as you open the door a gorgeous view of the ocean welcomes you in. Having beach service everyday was so great, no lugging chairs and umbrellas around. The condo was stocked incredibly with towels and the linens were fresh and clean. There was plenty of kitchen items to cook with when we wanted to lay low and stay in or pop down to the community propane grills to fire up some surf and turf. Host was attentive and communicated great along with the on-site staff being diligent in keeping the property clean. Recommended!

We’ve been to Destin several times. We’ve stayed in different types of places in different areas. This has been our absolute favorite! The condo was super clean. Like the cleanest we’ve ever seen. The view was spectacular and it is right on the beach. The beach is clean and the chair service is perfect. We didn’t even need the tent we brought. The beach was not crowded but had just enough people for our kids to find some friends. The pool is small but is perfectly fine for the little amount of time we spent in it. The grocery store is nearby. It’s not within walking distance to any restaurants so a car is needed. Overall it was perfect and we look forward to staying here again next year.

The condo was easy to access and had everything we needed. We loved being on the 1st floor steps away from the pool which was super convenient with 4 kids. The beach was just a quick walk down the short boardwalk. Again very convenient with 4 kids! Condo was clean and bathrooms were nice and mostly upgraded. A small suggestion would be to have ottomans to put your feet up in the living room and some hooks on the entry wall to hang beach bags and wet stuff. Overall great experience! Definitely recommend!

This is one of the nicest condos we’ve ever stayed in. Hidden Dunes 1700 is huge. This condo held our large family of 17 (4 small children, 5 teenagers and 8 adults)) with ease. My only dislike about the place was the chair rental at the beach. The condo comes with 2 free chairs and an umbrella, you have to rent the rest, and it’s a little pricey for a full week. After paying right at $10k for the condo for the week, you would think lounging on the beach in chairs would be complementary. Not a deal breaker, just my opinion. Needless to say, we’ll be back. We loved it.

We enjoyed the condo for a vacation of six adults and a toddler. Location was great, view was spectacular, and the entire complex was really nice.
Overall, the condo was very nice and clean. I can't give it 5 stars though. The front bedroom doesn't get a lot of AC, so it was a little warm. It also needs updating, the sofa was stained, and lots of utensils missing.

We did have an issue with the fact that we were not informed upfront of a $40 daily charge for an umbrella and 2 chairs - if you want to have a decent beach location. For a large family, like ours it would have been $80 for 2 umbrellas. That is why we brought our own tent - which we then had another challenge: to find a right location at the beach. Overall is was an awesome vacation.

Our stay at Hidden Dunes was a pleasant stay. The ocean front 11th floor condo had a spacious balcony with beautiful view; perfect for your morning coffee. The 2 bedroom space was roomy, clean, airy and had all the modern finishes you would want. The master suite had breathtaking views, additional balcony access, and a lovely, modern on-suite. Access to beach service was convenient and an added bonus to have 2 free chairs and 1 umbrella included with the stay. Beach items, such as additional aluminum beach chairs, sand buckets, etc were also available for use (we left some boogie boards behind to for the next guest :)). We also liked the entryway to the property with the shade trees and pond, perfect for enjoying an evening stroll. The property also had tennis/basketball courts and a workout room that we did not utilize, but others seemed to enjoy. The location was easy to drive to Destin restaurants or 30A shopping. Our only request would be to add a baking/cookie sheet and Keurig coffee maker to the kitchen. We would stay at this property again.

Our lock was not working one night and Linda literally came to our rescue. She was so friendly and solution driven. We were locked out for an hour. Everyone was friendly and kind. Property very clean and up to date decor. May I suggest some extra blankets for the beds. We had to purchase a few at Target .

My family and I had a great vacation! The condominium was so nice and our family came to visit us from New Orleans ?. That was so great and we created some new family memories. We were a little disappointed when we could not use the pool on Christmas day. Lastly, we were not informed that the area had been painted the day before. This was a perfect property for our beach vacation with the kids & grandkids. The property overall was well maintained & very comfortable. First floor was also a big plus as we had our own entrance to the pool about 20 steps away. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, pans etc so we could cook in whenever we chose. Nice access to the beach & several areas to spray off the sand on the way back. Would come back to this same unit again, for sure!

Just left a weeks stay at 1700 Hidden Dunes. What a perfect trip and THIS was the perfect place for our family to stay. This was our first vacation with our adult children and two small granddaughters. There were 8 of us. We wanted on the beach, incredible views, space.....we had it all! Beautifully decorated, everything you need to cook dinners in if needed. Private beach area for those staying in Hidden Dunes - so beautiful. Our family had a wonderful time here! Space was perfect with plenty of room. I could have spent all day on the very private, spacious balcony as the view was perfection!! Privacy was wonderful because you couldn’t see another person unless you went to the railing and looked around the building wall for other balconies. Very well designed. Pool and beach were so convenient and chair service was awesome. Everything was in perfect working order and plenty of towels, including for the kitchen. It was great not needing a room key too. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we all slept great. The manatee on the outdoor table was my favorite thing and I named him Charlie. The only areas for improvement would be quieter appliances and including 3 garbage bags for the kitchen and one extra dishwasher packet as we couldn’t start the dishwasher upon leaving because we didn’t have any more packets. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us vacation in your property!

Our first impression when we walked in was wow! Beautiful view and great balcony! We spent a lot of time out there. We enjoyed our time in the condo. Beds were comfortable. There was a plastic deck box with pool noodles and sand toys to use. The furnishings were all in great condition. Plenty of storage for clothes. At the time of our stay there was only one working elevator which I think they are going to get fixed at some point. Access to the beach was great. Things to note. They left us a packet of coffee but no filters. We arrived late and didn't go to the grocery until the morning so we were kinda bummed there wasn't at least one coffee filter. Pots and pans were a little worn. Location was pretty good. It's about 25 min car ride down to Destin and the Harbor walk. We found ourselves going back forth a lot in the car. Over all we had a great time and would recommend this condo and location.

We came with our kids and their friends for Spring Break 2021. The unit could not have been more perfect for our needs. We loved the 16th floor view! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the washer and dryer were huge. We would definitely stay again. A few notes: one of the two elevators were out which made for some waiting. The parking is tight for big cars but doable. The outdoor pool and hot tub shuts down early for our liking at 10 pm.

We absolutely loved it here. If ever we need a quick small getaway, we will be back. The condo was squeaky clean and the view from the balcony and master was heaven to wake up to. This was our first vacation as a family with my 6 month old, so it was very important to us to be right on the beach, and the beach service was incredible as they strived to meet every request. The only downside to the condo was the lack of parking and the elevator issues. The second elevator stopped working during our stay so everyone was trying to cramp into the other one. With COVID being prominent right now, we really disliked that. It also meant having to wait a long time for the working elevator to reach us on the 15th floor, which with a heavy 6 month old was tedious. The parking was very slim as well which caused us to have to fight for the spots we got every time we had to leave and come back. Over all 5 out of 5 stars and we will definitely be back again! Thanks Newman Daily for a very memorable first family vacation!

We love Hidden Dunes!
Beach, view, beach service are 5 star.
However, the overall property has slipped. One elevator was out all week, main pool was closed part of the time.
Owners need to reinvest in the infrastructure. The place is not seedy, but just not as noce as in the past.
Stairwells, which were well used due to elevator outage are filthy.
It is supposed to be very upscale!
We will likely come back, but would like to see some improvement

The Hidden Dunes 1406 condo is a great find! It is not in the crazy busy part of town but close enough to be able to enjoy activities. It is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. There were several little touches (such as plenty of hooks to hang wet towels) that really made a difference. Everything you need in the kitchen (including and air fryer and a Keurig!) Comfy beds. The views are absolutely breathtaking! The only downside is that there is not enough parking in the parking garage for all the condo units so unless you happened to get lucky you had to park down the street a little (but still on the private property - really not that far) Would definitely recommend!

5 Stars for this gorgeous Condo with all the comforts of home! Had updated Smart TV’s so we could use our Nintendo and access our Amazon/Hulu/Netflix accounts for movies at night. And a nice pool, hot tub, and Oceanfront View and access to beautiful white sandy beaches and clearest ocean water. Newman Daily took care of all our needs and the Community Tennis Center has amazing Coaches and facilities, even giving my 5 year old his first tennis lesson! Easy access to great stores and restaurants. Love working with Newman Daily, staying at this Condominium Property, and loved this Condo specifically!

We've always stayed at Maravilla but changed it up this time and were not disappointed. We walked into open airy tall ceilings, tiled floors and beautiful decor (just as the photos depicted). The rounded balcony was a favorite which provided sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon/evening with nice breezes coming off the beach. The water views were absolutely spectacular! The minor fixes we called the desk about were repaired immediately without interrupting our vacation. Service from the moment you check in, to beach chair setup, to receiving our final departure checklist via text was excellent. I loved being away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown Destin. There was absolutely no traffic noise because the complex sits directly on the beach. Just a short drive to 30A shopping & dining too! We will certainly return, but likely on a permanent basis??????

The view from the balcony was spectacular. It was nice residing on gulf side. We could see all the views from this condo. We were less than a mile from the shopping outlet and grocery stores. Gorgeous view of the Gulf! The property was perfect for our beach get away. We took our two teenage kids and each one brought a friend. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay here! My favorite thing about it was the amazing view from two directions in the living room! Just beautiful! My next favorite thing about staying here was the convenience to parking. Having a parking garage is really nice, and once you park, if you count the number of steps you take to the unit, it won’t be many! It was so quick and easy to get to and from our vehicles in our nice covered parking! We were also able to leave our beach chairs and floats right outside the door as it is kind of hidden at the end of a short hallway. The kitchen was well-stocked which was really nice. There was even a mixer which I used to whip up a yummy treat! The blender was on its last leg, and with one quick phone call, they replaced it the same day! The bathrooms were nice sized-not too small as in some units. Overall, unit 906 was fantastic. Although trivial to most, the only reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars is that I feel that the decor needs updating a little, especially in the bedrooms (bunk room mostly). Honestly, with a little update, this unit would be a 5+ star unit, hands down!

We flew so it would have been nice to have had things like trash bags, coffee filters and dishwasher detergent provided. We went to the grocery store and purchased no problem. Just seems wasteful. We recently stayed in Hidden Dunes Gulfside 1602 and had a fabulous long weekend. The weather was perfect! In fact, it was so perfect, we were able to book an extra night. The staff in the office was super friendly and very helpful as well as the guards at the gate, especially Latrise (sp?)! The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The only reason for the 4 star rating is neither one of the ice makers worked. But other than that, it had everything we needed. Loved the full size washer and dryer! We will definitely try to stay here again!!

Great location. On the beach, fantastic view. We literally walked the beach every morning. The private beach is such a treat. Mike runs the beach area for Hidden Dunes and provides all your needs. Strong local knowledge of the area and very friendly. The condo has been remodeled. Very nice layout and amenities. We loved the 65" TV in the living room. Very comfortable! Coffee on the balcony was a treat. There's a nice bar table and chairs to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Bonus.....there are two lounge chairs to chill and just enjoy the moment......which we did :) We loved the condo and will return.

This was our first time visiting Destin. Our family almost always travels outside the country every summer with our teenage kids. I was a bit apprehensive to travel to such a popular family spot and more so to stay in a condo rather than a hotel. Our unit was nicely decorated. The white sand beach and beautiful clear green water did not disappoint! Hidden dunes is a beautiful complex, very well located to higher end restaurants and shopping. We loved our stay at hidden dunes 404.. beautiful views, our family enjoyed having breakfast every morning at the balcony.. the apartment was very clean when we arrived, plenty of white towels to use during our stay, The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The ice machine was awesome because we didn’t have to buy ice everyday, we really loved that lol. We did have a little problem with the air conditioning on our last day, I called them and they came right away and fixed for us in a couple of minutes. Parking was a bit hard, specially if you have a truck. Other than that everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family and would love to come back soon!

After sending the kids home at then end of of the week, we moved to 604 to spend a girl's weekend in this fabulous condo. The pictures do not do this condo justice. This place was spotless and absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was gorgeous, the bathroom felt like a spa, and oh the egg chair. We all wanted this seat on the patio. The furnishings and decor were beautifully done. One of the nicest we visited in a while. This condo is conveniently located right off the elvator which was perfect for my 85 year old Mom with knee problems.
Newman-Dailey was great to work with. I called the night before check-in to ask if we could check-in early. The person on the phone let me know she would notify the office at Hidden Dunes. To my surprise I received a call the next day around 12 noon informing me our condo was ready if we would like to come in early. I cannot say enough about this unit except we will be back. Thanks to the owners for sharing your beautiful place.

This is our first stay in 401 at Hidden Dunes Gulf Front. It is nicely decorated. The Bedrooms were well appointed and we were extremely happy with the sleeping arrangements. The bunk in the middle bedroom made all the difference. The mattresses are in great shape and we liked that each bedroom has access to a balcony and wonderful views. The living room furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is very pretty and we LOVED the built in ice maker. What a great idea! We had an issue with hot water in the kitchen which was quickly rectified. There were beach toys left in the closet that were very much appreciated and a nice touch. The location on the beach and above the pool is great and we made use of the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided.

This 3 bedroom end unit offers fantastic views of the beach and also the sunsets to the west. This is one of few units (if not the only) where your views to the west along the beach are not obstructed by any neighbouring properties. We enjoyed being on the balcony and watching dolphins and other sea life swimming by in the ocean. The kitchen has modern appliances including washer and dryer. The fridge is enormous and equipped with an ice maker. The drawers and cupboards are very well stocked with excellent quality cookware, silverware and stemware. All of the three showers are updated and equipped with removable hand held spray units. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with a ceiling fan which is a bonus. The furniture is comfortable and there are extra TV channels available such as HBO. Management staff are located on site at the front gate and they are very helpful and a great source of recommendations for local restaurants etc. The unit owner even called during our stay to make sure everything was going well which was very kind of them. As well as the beach which is only steps away, there are on site swimming pools, fitness centre, tennis and pickle ball. There are bicycle racks located in the underground garage. Restaurants and shopping are a short bike ride, walk or drive away.

Our family ( like most ) is always on the go - long work days and work weeks with outside commitments as well with family - friends and childrens activities. Getting the whole family together can become a huge challenge and turns into a puzzle of fitting schedules together. We finally did it ! Celebrating three birthdays - two anniversaries - two promotions and a new job. We checked in on a Friday morning and check out on a Monday morning. Hours filled with giggles - laughs and quality time just doing nothing at all while our little people played on the beautiful white sandy beach - jumping and running from the crystal blue waves as the tides changed. Mornings became an " I SPY " game of watching for the dolphins swimming by from the panoramic views of our 17th floor ESCAPE from reality ( breakfast time became an adventure ) ! Our suite was PERFECT for three families and the grandparents ! We had FOUR bedrooms 4.5 baths - three living areas - full kitchen - dining room AND two balcony areas overlooking the beach and the pool. Plenty of room for three tiny little ones to run - hide and play together, while the parents got the chance to simply relax and spend a little time together as a family in a beautiful setting. Hopefully if all puzzle pieces have the opportunity to fit perfectly together again - we will be back SOON !

Spent a week with family of five, including one pre-teenager boy and two kids, during July. Condo was ready when we arrived (around 4 pm). No complaints at all on the condo, building or resort and had plenty of room with the two bedrooms, two full baths, a great kitchen (stainless-steel) and we LOVED our awesome view of the gorgeous ocean from the balcony.
Everything was nice and clean, well maintained and well furnished with everything you need. Nevertheless, there is always room from improvement with the dishes and wine cups, since we had to scrub away and clean in order to use it.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the Beach Umbrella Setup Staff (Chris, Gage, Tile, Mike, etc.) who were the most helpful we had. Also the Resort Destinations Staff was very accommodating. Thank you to all of you.
Parking is tight but covered spots are available. Beach is really beautiful and clean. Pool was very nice, not very used because of great beach with white sand.
We all had a GREAT TIME and would love to return someday.

This is a beautiful condominium that has been renovated to modern standards, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. The furniture was also quite new, pretty and comfortable. The view from the balcony is stunning. It is an easy walk from the elevator to the Hidden Dunes pool area, or right out on the beach. It comes with complimentary two beach chairs & umbrella every day you are there. We had a great time there with our children and grandchildren - six of us all together with three bedrooms. I cannot think of much one could do to improve the experience, except if you come with small children, the kitchen accessories do not include "plastic" glasses and plates that little ones would use - bring your own.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a college graduation gift for one granddaughter and a pre-graduation gift for the other one. The weather was perfect the whole time. Our condo was very well equipped and very pleasantly designed. However, the bed cover for the master bedroom seemed to be lacking the filler for the duvet. It was so great to be able to sit on the patio and just listen to the water.
If we ever come back, we'll ask for it again. We loved the deck parking should the weather had been bad, but we like it anyway and the spaces for vehicles were nice and large.

When my son’s friend walked out on your balcony and saw that sparkling water, he literally cried. He hadn’t seen the ocean since he was very little. It was a precious moment. The condo is perfect! Loved our stay at HD 1700, what a beautiful condo! Newman-Dailey did an excellent job with communications, check in and the condo itself, I've never rented anywhere that was cleaner than this place...spotless! The condo itself is beautifully appointed, very spacious, and has an amazing view. If you are considering a Spring Break trip with your high schooler, it's walking distance for them to get to the infamous Hilton Sandestin beach, and the beach at Hidden Dunes is peaceful and lovely! Condo easily slept our two families, seven in all, and if people are willing to share beds, it can sleep a total of 10 in beds and there are several sleeper sofas. Plenty of room to spread out.
If I had to give any criticism of this unit, it would be that the kitchen and baths are where the builder skimped, very low end cabinets and fixtures...but how much time will you spend there?! And the unit is very broken up, lots of up and down one or two steps to get into different rooms, and "mouse in a maze" feeling navigating from one room to another. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY.

Great restaurants near by with an beach atmosphere you would expect! We spent 5 hrs at the gulfarium where the 8 yr. old played with a dolphin! We stayed here recently for Spring Break and it was our first trip to the Destin area. Seeking a change of scenery from the dreary blahs of Michigan weather, this condo was exactly the escape we needed!
We arrived early and the staff did everything possible to make us comfortable while we waited for the room to be ready. Top notch service - very friendly. Fell in love with the view from the balcony and master bedroom immediately! The condo was comfortable and met every expectation we had based on the photos. Enjoyed all of the amenities - the beach chairs, pool, fitness center - etc. The kids had plenty to do and it was nice to be right on the beach where they could go back and forth to the condo quickly/easily. Also loved that the beach was less crowded in this area.
The only thing I would change about the unit itself is the DVD player in the bedroom; it would be nice if it were a fully functional TV. The ice maker was AWESOME, as was everything else. We enjoyed our time here so much, it was difficult to leave! Looking forward to an opportunity to return for sure!

Gulfside HD1602. This is our 2nd stay here for Spring Break. Last year our family of 5 plus a friend stayed a week in the outermost cottages. They have 3 distinct sections: cottages, villas and gulfside. Their website is excellent and full of information including maps, layouts, prices & availability. The prices typically increase as you get closer to the gulf. It's a gated community with a 24/7 guard house monitoring the only road in and out. The outermost cottages are closest to Hwy 98 but that means you also have the furthest walk to the Gulf. Last year we were in the furthest so it took about 10 min to walk to the beach. You can't drive because there's no place to park. The cottages are basically 4 unit bungalows so you might get some noisy neighbors. The scenery is nice. There are many trees and well shaded with a small patio/deck and all the usual household amenities.
As you move toward the beach you pass the villas which can be more luxurious and larger holding large parties of even 10 or more. They have a couple of swimming pools that are shared between really cottages and villas.
This year we tried the Gulfside units which is basically a 19 story high rise that's at the gulf end of hidden resorts and on the beach. We were on the 16th floor unit 1602. Check in was a breeze. They keep shopping carts and those wheeled luggage carts you find at hotels at the garage level. Each unit gets 2 parking spaces in the deck below so your vehicle can be kept out of the hot sun.
The 2 elevators are clean, modern & fast! I never had to stop more than a few times getting up and down 16 floors. We were in a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. 1602 does not have a pull out couch, but it does have 2 full beds. The master with the king has a beautiful large window view if the gulf. The small but quaint balcony was our favorite. It had a gorgeous view of the Gulf and the beach below. It's also "shaded" by the balcony above. As you sat and ate on the table and chairs... it felt like you were right on the beach listening to the mild roar of the waves splashing on the Gulf Coast sand. There are 3 tvs but the TV in 2nd bedroom is only for dvd. Oh you get free dvd rentals at a small kiosk. The kitchen is fully stocked with usual utensils & dishes and resort provides a starter pack of dishwashing powder. I noticed that this unit had a new microwave and stove. The freezer's ice maker works great AND this unit also has a independent ice maker built into the counter! Nice touch bc you won't run out of ice. The master bathroom was a little dated but everything worked. There were no loud noises of construction or from neighbors (end of March 2017).
Here are a couple of tips. Eglin AFB is not far so on some mornings you may be woken by the roar of jets or helicopters on maneuvers. They were around mid morning so you should be awake enjoying the beach anyway :-) The glass door to the balcony is seriously heavy and a challenge to open. Only on day 3 did I figure out that it was easier to use the opposite edge of the glass door. Hwy 98 westbound toward Destin & from Hidden Dunes is very heavily congested with traffic starting late evening especially during vacation months like Spring Break. There is a newly opened Walmart about 5 min down 98 and plentiful restaurants which I've been Yelping about since we got here. Lastly the wifi leaves much to be desired. It's probably a combination of heavy usage with too many users and the fact that their wifi is not secured with a password.
The beach attendants are always helpful. The swimming pool has a small hot tub and kiddie pool. This section of the beach is not congested like the larger Sandestin Hilton about 5 blocks away. I have no reservations about returning to Hidden Dunes next year.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom 701 Condo and had a wonderful time! This condo had all the requirements you would expect in a rental. We loved the property and the amenities included with the Beach Front View. We used the Card that was provided during check in for the Sea Blaster Dolpin Sunset Cruise. This was truly a experience and we enjoyed this trip quite a bit. The Free Wine and Beer and Sodas for the kiddos was truly nice! We went to Parsail the next day but the wind was too strong they canceled our time slot for the day. But I can say we were kept informed during the whole day by the Parasail company who called and advised every time slot they still wouldnt be having any trips going out.
We arrived a little late to the Sea Blaster due to the traffic congestion on 98 but when I called Newman Daily they were right on top of it. When I called and advised we would be 15min late they took it upon themselves to step in and assist with advising the company that we would be arriving and don't remove our reservations. While on the phone with Newman Daily the Seablaster called and we told them we were going to be late. Newman Daily called and made sure we had the reservation still and asked if there was any other thing we needed.
My whole family loved this place and we would defintely return over the summer. We had also arrived early in the morning about 11AM and check in is at 3PM. We drove all night from Texas and was quite glad when they advised we could go ahead and check in cause our room was ready.
This place is a definite 100% wonderful place to stay!

This beautiful condo was perfect for our annual Girls Getaway. The views are incredible both to the south AND to the west. We gathered on the balcony every night to enjoy those incredible sunsets. Being up on the 18th floor added to the beautiful views.
All 3 bedrooms are nicely decorated and each had its own bathroom. We felt very secure in this community and loved the extra amenities (beach chairs and umbrella, movie library, coupons for local attractions etc).

The condo is beautifully updated and appointed....bright beach colors throughout with every amenity you can possibly need! We had an amazing time at Hidden Dunes! The weather could have been better but as far as the condo and area we were very impressed! It was very clean and nice. We felt very safe with the 24hr security. The elevators were very fast and we never had to wait very long. The complimentary beach chairs were a great amenity! I would definitely come back to this place in the future. Beautiful view from the master bedroom and very large balcony. The only down side was the beachfront pool wasn't heated and the only other pool that was heated was very cold and didn't feel heated.

My family and I stayed here over Christmas and our criteria in finding a place to stay were: directly on the beach, outside the crazy busy areas in this region, two bedrooms, and a functional kitchen. This condo had it all and more! The location of the condo has easy access to a grocery, Destin, and the 30A scenic area. The condo itself is in good repair and is comfy, even if it's not the most updated in this complex - it feels perfect for a beach condo. The balcony and big bedroom have an amazing view of the beach from which to watch sunsets and sunrises. The complex provides luggage racks and shopping carts in the parking garage so it's easy to get your stuff up and down. The only minor problem was the elevator would get stuck open on Floor 1 because of wind conditions, but after the first night, we figured out a solution to that. I would definitely stay here again!

My parents started coming to Hidden Dunes @ 30 years ago. We enjoy the size of the property and the Gulfside Condominiums have been our preference over the years. We have stayed in many of the units. This particular unit was nice and comfortable. The only piece of constructive feedback I would give is that it is probably time to replace the carpet. There were several worn spots and the appearance looked very dingy. Other than that, we enjoyed the pool, the beach, the complimentary chairs with umbrella and the overall care we were given in the office and from security. See you again soon.

I was shocked at the amazing view. At first I thought I was mistaken - I could see Panama City from the balcony and the landing! Loved the balcony with the gorgeous view,the comfortable furniture in the living room complete with a large TV, the well stocked kitchen and good floor plan. The facility is very convenient and the staff helpful and responsive. We greatly appreciated the complimentary umbrella and chairs and the umbrella crew were excellent.
The bedroom drapes had to be worked on and should be replaced. One set was in tatters. The sliding glass door in the living room was so difficult to open it often took two adults pushing at the same time, even after a someone came and worked on it. The fan in the living room was so loosly hung we were afraid to use it because it might fall down. The condo was lovely, but not perfect!

We had a wonderful experience at Hidden Dunes! The convenience of walking right out to the beach was great, as we had four children in our group. We loved the location as most places we needed or wanted to visit were very close. The condominium (906) was super and very comfortable. The view from the master bedroom and balcony was stunning. The kitchen was well stocked and very easy to maneuver around in as we cooked our meals. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting together at the dining table for meals and the counter in the kitchen made it convenient for setting out food and serving everyone. The bedrooms were a good size and with each one having its own bathroom, made for easy transitioning from clothes to swimsuits and back. The movie box was a great surprise and with four kids, we took advantage of the free movies. The only negatives are minor issues: the temperature of the water was extremely hot; the bedroom with bunks was warmer than the rest of the condominium; and two of the kids ran into the sliding glass door leading to the balcony because they thought the door was open. We put some sticky notes on the door which helped tremendously.
As for the beach, it was perfect! We rented an extra umbrella and two chairs and Bill and his gang treated us like kings. Because my wife is partially disabled, we would liked to have seen handicap access to the beach. My wife could not descend the stairs leading to the beach.
The parking, while convenient, was sometimes almost impossible to maneuver in to the small spaces.
This was a wonderful vacation and one the kids will talk about it for a long time. Thank you!

Was at the Hidden Dunes for 2 months. January 15 till March 15, 2013. Stayed in Condo #906. The view was great from the balcony, especially to catch the beautiful sunsets. Was a great 2 months. Weather wasn't exactly what we would have liked, but at least it was better than it was in our home town. Donna at the front office was great, and handled everything in a very professional manor. Thanks making our stay a great experience. My wife and I are looking forward to our trip back to HD next winter!

Four of our family enjoyed a long weekend at Hd1005 over Veteran's Day. While it was November the weather was bgeautiful,the condo was just perfect and the view from the windows was amazing. Condo 1602 was everything we had hoped it would be. The condo was exactly as pictured on the website, so there were no surprizes (and surprizes usually aren't good in my past experiences). It was very nicely appointed and clean. The facilities provided extras such as basketball courts, tennis courts, grilling area, and a gulside pool & hot tub. The kids had a great time and so did we!

This condo was perfect for us. My husband traveled with our daughter and 4 grandchildren. We had a perfect week. Condo was nice and clean and had plenty of towels (a must with 2 teenage girls). We used the washer/dryer almost every day so that we could keep the packing light. We had stayed in a cottage at Hidden Dunes two years previously and loved the property but loved the view from the condos even better. Loved the fact that the beach is private for the residents of Hidden Dunes so we never saw any "spring breakers". Can't think of a better vacation or condo and the beach is pristine!

This was a short-notice vacation for myself, wife, 3 grandchildren (16 to 10) and 1 great-grandchild (7mo). Kelly @ Newman-Dailey was very helpful. The oceanfront view made this a memorable vacation. The cost was more than I wanted to spend, but the memories will last a lifetime. Everybody should stay on the ocean once in their life. We had no problems with condo nor Newman-Dailey.

This is our first time in Miramar Beach and my family had a blast! The rental room was a great experience to enjoy the beach and sun. The room had everything that you can want for a home away from home. The room was large enough for four adults and two children. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The convenience of the beach below was well worth the stay.
The white, powdered sand and the emerald green waters was stunning. Everyone had a wonderful time and we plan to come back next year. What attracted me to this resort is the private beach and the tennis courts. The staffs at the tennis courts were wonderful and playing on the rubico clay was a great experience. I highly recommend the resort for families with young children.

The condo has great views and is a relatively spacious condo. Easy to get in and out of and very close to the amenities in destin. The only issues were the washing machine doesn't complete its rinse cycle and the closet doors in the master closet don't close properly. Easy to fix but needs to be fixed. My wife, me, and 2 year old son stayed here and had a great time though.

Newman-Dailey made planning our holiday a real pleasure. Their site is clear and easy to follow and the staff was so helpful answering any and all of our questions. The condo 603 was wonderful. It was bright, roomy, very clean, and the view from the balcony allowed us to enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset. The beach is miles of white sand and there is plenty of golf and tennis available to enjoy. The shopping is great with factory stores right across the street. Newman-Dailey had socials planned to learn about the area and meet people. We enjoyed the heated pool and amazing ocean colors. Health issues cut our stay short but the staff at Newman-Dailey(Kate and Donna) treated us like family and helped us so much. We will definately go back when possible and had no complaints with the condo at all.Enjoy!

A buddy of mine and I stayed at Hidden Dunes for spring break during our second year of medical school. We were not disappointed. There is a ton to do in Destin including scuba, sailing, great beaches. There are many excellent restaurants particularly for seafood and bbq (Lillie's On Pig's Alley, which is directly across the street, is particularly good). There are mini-golf courses, batting cages, and go-carts if you either have kids (which I don't) or you want to reconnect with your inner child (which we did :) )
Hidden Dunes is a fantastic place to spend a week on the beach regardless of whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway, a family with kids, or college students looking for relaxed spring break.The resort provides many amenties including tennis and basketball court, a small gym, pool, hot tub, and direct access to the beach. The unit itself is equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a family room with a large tv with VCR/DVD player.
Unit 1503 overlooks an amazing view of the water and Destin's famous white sand--not to be missed.
In short, Destin is a great vacation town and Hidden Dunes is a good place to see it from. Highly recommended.

Perfect easy family vacation.
My family has been going here for years and love this place. This unit has everything you want for a vacation stay. There's laundry and the kitchen is well-equipped. The master bedroom and deck have fantastic views right over the Gulf. Hidden Dunes has all the amenities you'd want such as tennis, basketball, multiple pools, private parking, walking trails, even a tram. The tram is great for my grandma who could still go for a walk and then wait for a tram when she was tired. Silver Sands is right across the street and the restaurant and bars are all really close. So there's always something for my brother and me to do at night. We all love walking on the beach, as well as through the complex which is really beautiful. A great place to stay. The complex is beautifully designed because it feels so peaceful with the trees and fountains. Lots of great, safe places for kids to explore. Yet you are right in the middle of everything!

Our little oasis
This is a great unit. The location can't be beat because it is right by Silver Sands, and all the restaurants in Destin. It is easy to go out. At the same time Hidden Dunes has a beautiful setting with lots of trees and walking paths with fountains and pools. This particular unit is on the 15th floor, right over the beach! The views are amazing. Plus it has everything you need in case you want to stay put.

Girls' Weekend Stay
I stayed in 1503 Gulfside with my girlfriends for a long weekend and it was just beautiful. We sat on the deck, drinking our wine and chatting, with views of the Gulf all around. There are beautiful walking trails and great walking on the beach too. The pool was great. We spent an evening in the jacuzzi. The decor in the unit is beachy and comfortable. It was all very relaxing and idyllic. Highly recommended.

This has been our 2nd stay in condo 1005, and our 4th stay at Hidden Dunes. Despite some bad luck with the weather we did have a nice week here enjoying the Gulf, the swimming pool, and this nice well appointed condo. There was some hours of sun each day. We enjoyed watching the dolphins, sea gulls, pelicans, fish and other wildlife from the balcony. Sometimes after a rain storm the light was such a yellow-green tint that we could easily see down in the water from the balcony and could see large fish swimming. This is our 8th annual vacation to the Destin area in the last 13 years and this is the only time the weather did not cooperate. We hope to return again in the near future.
